I love the challenges that are presented to us and learning from those breakthrough experiences. I've declared an art minor to have a platform that can showcase a different element of my interests. Aside from academics, I love to dance, study photography, edit videos, play guitar, brush up on web design skills and cook. After working abroad in Spain as a business consultant under the Beacon Fellowship, I've pivoted my path towards tech consulting and away from the standard software engineer.
Since COVID-19 has limited opportunities for traveling, I've decided to try out some things the end of my senior year. This includes creating designs for stickers and posters on RedBubble, taking a course on social media marketing, testing out a blog catered towards sharing my own personal experiences, as well as doing contract work as a regional sales for CollegeStudentApartments.com. Check out my resume/github to see my other works!
What motivates me the most is solving problems & puzzles to create value and witnessing the impact of my work. The process is most definitely challenging at times, but the knowledge and reward at the end is what justifies the means. That also applies to my personal life - reading recommended books and exploring different topics of interest to be a lifelong learner. I aim to develop a deeper understanding of our everyday lives and also work on soft skills to collaborate well with the community around me.
I'm a strong believer in lifelong learning. Here are a couple photos of what I've explored so far in the artistic view of things.
